Best transport service ever
I had 3 labs moved from Portland Oregon to San Antonio TX under very unusual circumstances and Blue Collar made it seem like a trip to the park for the dogs. They arrived happy, healthy and in great spirits!

What I liked: Fantastic customer service. Driver kept me up to date, even sent pics, every stage of the trip. They entire company did all they could to get my dogs to me comfortably.

What is not liked: There was not one thing I didn't like. This was an unusual situation and Blue Collar went above and beyond to accommodate my merds.

I used Blue Collar Pet Transport to send my 3 cats to Maryland. The company is the best. I would use them again to transport my babies. The driver Chuck was excellent, he sent me pictures & texted at each stop. He kept me informed. All the staff I spoke to were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

What I liked: Easy to work with. Knowledgeable. Friendly

What is not liked: expensive

Our driver was Crystal and she was EXCEPTIONAL. My mom could no longer care for her two dogs and we had to get them from California to South Carolina. BLue Collar Pet Transport came to the rescue. We chose the shared ride option as it was cheaper. Crystal got the pups to us in a little over 3 days. We had multiple updates daily on the doggies. Thank you Crystal for the luv you gave our doggies!

We had a great experience with Blue Collar Pet Transports. We relocated across the country from Arizona to Virginia. My dog is older with several health problems and I felt he could not handle a flight. Blue Collar was quick to get me a quote and explain the entire process to me. They picked my dog up during the designated window and he arrived to our new home in about 5 days. I got pictures every night and text updates from the driver. The driver really seemed to bond with my dog and was so caring towards him. It looked like they had a really great road trip together. The most important thing was my came home to us safely and healthy. I cannot thank you enough for bringing our Dog home! I would definitely recommend this service.

What is not liked: Nothing

Anytime I need a pet transported or someone I know needs a referral, this is the first company I book and/or recommend.
You know when you find a great fit that you can count on and don’t even want the hassle of trying anyone else? Blue Collar is it :)

What I liked: Fast response, fast booking, good communication during transport, pets well taken care of.

What a great service. My 9 week old puppy was transported from West Virginia to San Francisco flawlessly. They constantly kept myself and the breeder in the loop and were very responsive with questions and alterations that needed to be made. I highly recommend this service and the breeder I worked with will also be recommending this service to any of her families that will need transport.

Thank god this company is still working through Covid. I had to get my cat from LA, to a small airport in a Illinois. They did it without a hitch, didn’t raise rates because of the small airport, and it’s the only travel I even considered for my darling kitty. Having him travel in a car for days, or in cargo we’re not options for my precious kitty! Thank flight nanny Whitney!

I highly highly recomend Blue Color Pet Transport. They have gone above and beyond to help me from the beginning.
Matthew was my main contact and he was always so kind, professional and responsive.
We unfortunately did not have a great Pet experience but that was NO WAY the fault of Blue Collar. The breeder that we were working with deliberately showed up to the airport late so that the nanny had to rush to the gate. I know that the nanny did absolutely everything to try to get out puppy on that plane. In the short time that she had the puppy she always wrote me and sent me pictures of the pup. We had to give the puppy back to the breeder.
And Blue Collar transport did not give up. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way. They worked for 2 days tirelessly to get our puppy and they worked out a driver. Unfortuantyly once again the breeder did not cooperated and became violent.
Blue Collar was always professional. After several attempts myself and Blue Collar decided for everyones safety that it would not work out getting the puppy( It was a sad ordeal but I must state again and again that this company is amazing!
They talked to me every step of the way. They were professional and so so easy to work with. Above all they care for their clients and they will LOVE LOVE your pet and make sure they are safe. If I could give them 10 stars I would! THANK YOU

Blue Collar Pet Transport hands down is the best in the business. The are extremely profess in their process from the moment we called them until our puppy made his way to our home - from Texas to Pennsylvania. Blue collar is prompt on their arrival and departure times. A special kudos to Ray, our driver. Over the course of the trip he was in constant communication with us. We cannot say enough good things about Ray and Blue Collar. If you need your pets transported, please contact them. You will be pleased

We can not recommend Blue Collar Pet Transport enough! They transported our Boxer puppy from Miami all the way to New York City. It was a very long drive but the staff kept us constantly updated with texts and calls and even thoughtfully provided photos and videos throughout the journey. They were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to reassure us while providing the best possible care for our puppy. They were absolutely phenomenal.

What I liked: There speed, customer service, and entire process. Updates during travel, tracking the entire time, and they way our dogs bonded to the driver was very impressive.

What is not liked: Nothing at all
